Civitech Strings is in Sector 117, so you get a Noida authority address, wider sector roads and a shorter run to Delhi than anything in the Extension. The layout is simple, the corridors are short and the flats do not waste area on odd corners.
Buyers who work in South Delhi or Sector 62 pick this for the commute. Resale here has held up better than the Extension because the supply inside Noida is limited and nothing new is coming up nearby.
