Branded luxury on the Expressway, for buyers who want the top floor
This is a branded residence project, which means the fittings, lobby and service standard are specified by the brand and not left to the contractor. Ceiling heights are taller, the flats are wide fronted, and the views over the Expressway green belt are the real product.
It is not a value buy and we do not pretend it is. It suits a buyer who already owns a home, wants a large primary residence with a private lift lobby, and cares about who else lives in the building.
